The two looked back at each other and closed the gap. Luckily for Natsu, she decided to slide instead of spin. Prepared to see her spin again Ibuki waited and phased behind her, leaving an afterimage. “You’re not going to die are you?” Ibuki asked. Hopping off Ibuki looked to make sure her foe was down… Only to see her getting up. Ibuki smacked her across the face then slammed her face-first onto the ground. Natsu was able to deflect them thanks to her kodachi, but it was merely a distraction. She then hopped off the blonde ninja for more air and tossed a barrage of kunai. A few well-placed punches to Natsu’s stomach and chest, followed by a kick to her chin launched her. Ibuki decided to show her how a REAL aerial combat went. As she prepared to end the fight, she was blinded by a puff of smoke. Ibuki couldn’t hide the pain as the spikes hit through her clothes and stabbed her very flesh. Natsu instead responded with a spinning kick, striking Ibuki twice in the face she forced her foe to fall and tossed some makibishi spikes on her to make sure. Charging another blast of purple energy Ibuki noticed and prepared to counter: only for her foe to change her mind. Natsu teleported to evade the attacks with no effort and decided to follow it with a sprint.
IBUKI NOTSU SERIES
Ibuki however, had more air and responded with a Kasumi Suzaku: throwing a series of kunai at her foe. With a signature flip, they spun past each other. The two kunoichi landed from each other and had to find some way to get in a finishing blow. Natsu decided to try an old trick again but the second she got close she was met with an elbow to the face. Ibuki was joining the ride as each blast juggled her. Planting both weapons into the ground a series of purple blasts of energy skyrocketed across the building’s roof. With another charged fist she launched Ibuki into the sky and her weapons began to glow. She had to keep her for from seeing a sign of weakness. If not for her training Ibuki would be yelling in pain. Natsu began to perform a combo, slicing Ibuki’s leg, stomach, and shoulder. She was kicked three times by a spinning kick and cut along her face by the kodachi. As she tried to keep her distance, she was met with what appeared to be a more realistic version of the Spinning Bird Kick. Ibuki had to hop back as Natsu teleported before her. At least three of them lying on the ground.
Ibuki turned and ran towards her foe, only to stop before her feet could meet a terrible end. Natsu flipped through the air, going past her foe so they could land away from each other. She launched her enemy across the roof again.ĭazed Natsu stood and saw Ibuki hopping towards her. Ibuki hopped so she could face her foe and charged another force of blue ki into her fist. Forcing herself back up, she charged another purple blast but was interrupted when Ibuki closed the gap and kicked her into the air, the force send Natsu spiraling and her foe was ready. Natsu noticed a blue glow on her foe’s hand and was sent across the rooftops in an instant. The brown-clad kunoichi grabbed her foe’s arm and had her fist aimed for her stomach. Upon landing, she was baffled to see Ibuki had somehow slipped from her grip.
With both kodachis at her neck: Natsu aimed to end the fight by slitting her throat. Ibuki went soaring only for Natsu to teleport onto her and spin around. Natsu charged a purple blast of energy and slammed it at her foe’s feet. Natsu took advantage of her foe’s aim and ran towards her, only to teleport again and appear behind her foe. Ibuki didn’t waste time and decided to end the fight quick and threw a kunai. Natsu started the battle with a series of teleports, fazing up and down to confuse her foe. The two faced off, and as a lone leaf flew between them, it slowly landed, signaling the battle. The opponent: a blonde young lady named Natsu, grabbed onto her weapon: a kodachi called Kuzukiri and its’ partner: Awayuuki both were handed down from her master. “Ibuki, on the scene.” She said to herself. Her senses alerted her as a red-clad warrior landed behind her. The moon reflected off of it as Ibuki sat, waiting for the opponent she was told to dispose of. The deserted top of Toji: the tallest pagoda in Japan.
